FREE SHIPPING TO ITALY

Esuí offers you free shipping for all orders to Italy:
• Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days by BRT courier.
• Orders are processed and dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Notification of recipient the day before by BRT courier
• If the recipient is missing, all consignments are then diverted to the relevant Fermopoint and the recipient is notified by text message or e-mail.

 

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

The shipping of orders of €100 or more to Europe is free of charge:
• Orders are normally delivered within 7 days.
• Shipping costs vary, depending on the country of delivery. The delivery cost is €5 for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Hungary; in the rest of Europe the cost is €9.

 

RETURNS
 
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have 14 days to return your products.
NB: For security reasons, we will only accept the return of products whose packaging or adhesive seal has not been opened or tampered with. The product must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, complete with any outer wrapping, accessories and instructions. For reasons of hygiene, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. If these conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.

 

Return by BRT courier

1. Download the return form, which can be found on the ESUI website in the Help Section and which must be duly signed, taking care to indicate the Order number (if this field is not already pre-filled on the Return Form) and fill it in.
2. Send it by email to info@.skin
3. Print the delivery note provided by the e-mail info@esui.skin
3. Prepare your product for return as carefully as possible to protect it during transport. We recommend that you use the same box in which you received your order.
4. Complete the return form in full and place it in your parcel together with the products to be returned and stick the delivery note on the box.
Please note that we do not accept parcels sent at the recipient's expense. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
5. Wait for the refund. Upon receipt of the package, we will verify that the return conditions are fulfilled in order to proceed with the refund via the initial payment method. In the case of a gift, the refund will be given to the person who made the purchase.
